To celebrate Karl Lagerfeld’s legacy, a global community of creative talents has come together to reinterpret his most iconic design: the white shirt.
Artists, actors, models, designers and Karl’s friends have each created a bespoke edition of his beloved silhouette. Inspired by their own personal anecdotes and experiences, they have reimagined the shirts to artfully reflect their own cherished memories of Karl. Seven of the limited-edition designs have been replicated 77 times each, and will be available to purchase for €777 per piece on KARL.COM and Farfetch.com, from September 26.
The complete proceeds of each shirt’s sale will be donated to the Sauver la Vie charity program for medical research at the Paris Descartes University Foundation, which Karl supported for many years.
