While we hope you will love every purchase from KARL.COM, we understand there will be times that you will need to return an item to us, so we want to make the process as easy as possible.
If, for whatever reason, you are not happy with your KARL.COM order, you can return any unwanted purchased items to us and receive a refund for the full amount you paid for them.
We are unable to offer any exchanges, if you would like a different size or product please process your return and place a second order.
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to notify us of your return. To do so, you will need to complete a short form in our online Returns Portal. Once submitted, you will receive an email to confirm we have received your return notification. You then have 30 days to post the unwanted items back to us using the free returns label.
When your parcel has reached our warehouse, our team will process the return and send you an email to confirm your refund is on its way.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To return unwanted items and obtain a full refund, we require the following conditions to be met:
- A return form must be completed via the Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All products can be returned to us, but they must be in their original condition – that is, they must not be used, worn, washed, or damaged – and must satisfy our Compliance Checks (see below).
- The identification tag and disposable seal must still be attached to returned items.
- Unwanted products must be returned in their original packaging.
- Unwanted items must be shipped back to KARL.COM within 30 days of completing the Returns Portal form.
For returns that meet the above requirements, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid for the returned items.
When completing the return form via our Returns Portal, you will receive a free returns postage label. We are unable to refund shipping costs if you choose to use an alternative courier to return your item to us (see Shipping For Returns below).
If returned products do not meet the requirements outlined above, we will notify you that we cannot accept your unwanted items and a refund will not be issued. You may decide to have the returned items sent back to you, but this will be at your own expense. If you do not want to receive the products or pay for redelivery, we have the right to retain the items and not issue a refund.
Unwanted products must be returned to us in perfect condition – that is, in a new and unused state with all protective materials in place, and tags and seals attached.
We will not accept a returned item if:
- there are any signs of wear
- the item has been used or altered from its original condition in any way
- the item has been damaged or washed
- the identification tag with the disposable seal is not attached to the product or is missing
- the item is not in its original packaging
All KARL LAGERFELD products have an attached identification tag. The identification tag is an integral part of every KARL product, so please ensure it remains attached, particularly when trying on any items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept unwanted items returned to us without the attached identification tag or seal.
We are committed to processing returns as quickly as possible. Once the returned items have been received and meet our compliance checks, we aim to process your refund within 14 days. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been processed.
We will provide a full refund for the cost of the product but we are unable to refund the original shipping costs. All refunds are issued to the payment method used to make the purchase. The time it takes to process a refund depends on the payment method used and is determined by your payment provider.
SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
Unwanted items can be returned to us free of charge when using the returns label issued via our Returns Portal and the corresponding courier. You can also track your return at any time through the Return Portal, that is serviced by Global e.
We are unable to refund shipping costs if you choose to return your items using an alternative courier to the one provided by us. You will also be responsible for any loss or damage to the products that may occur during shipping.
These Conditions for exercising the withdrawal right, which forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are regulated by Dutch law without prejudice to any other regulation prevailing in your country of residence.
